Lots of love and thought put into anticipating guests needs from the welcome reception to the details in each room and bathroom. Breakfast was a highlight and got us set for our day. 「The gentleman running the breakfast area was late to work, everyone was in the lobby waiting. Every seat was taken. I stopped in to the cafe area to sit in a chair. He was rude and tild me he doesn't let anyone in unril he has the breakfast put out. I told him i just wamted to sit amd wait amd there was no place to sit in lobby. He said again he didn't let anyone sit un there till breakfast waa ready. I reminded him breakfast was from 6 to 10 am not whenever he decided to show up for work. I...

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」
