I went back to the front desk and asked for a new room and he explained to me that they had broken them intentionally so none of the rooms had security locks. 「Lied to about availability of the pool when I phoned to ask about the pool hours before check in. They denied it would be closed for the entire stay when directly asked. Closed the whole time. Housekeeping couldn’t have slammed the door to the room next door more times early in the morning if they’d tried. So annoying. 「I was pleasantly impressed. Rooms were clean and plenty of room for our travels. Pool was nice however it was just a bit too hot in the room! Breakfast had choices for once! Hotel was very booked as there was a soccer tournament and engineer conference going on that weekend so it was hard to find a seat at breakfast and we had to wait short time for refills but considering the over all was a good experience. 」
