Hyatt Regency Trinidad
The pool was closed. I booked the stay for the pool and the views from the infinity pool. The staff was nice, but I was not happy overall. I booked a 2-night stay with Expedia. I canceled the first night. I never got a refund.

Kapok Hotel
It is a pity that the music played is too loud and not suitable, interfering with conversation. When I complained I was told that is how the owner likes it. First principle for hospitality business: please your customers, not yourself. Why not gentle pan music, or guitar, piano? You are in Trinidad, ...
