The staff truly stood out — everyone we interacted with was kind, compassionate, and incredibly accommodating. Our trip was planned on very short notice due to a last-minute health emergency, and the team was so gracious about helping us adjust our dates and waiving penalty fees, which meant more to us than we can express. The property itself is lovely, and the location made it very easy to get back and forth to the Texas Medical Center.
