「Dirty hotel, dirty rooms, helpful staff」

「Crummy breakfast 50 bucks for a cold burrito」

「Great staff. Quiet rooms. Great bar. Very reasonable prices. Breakfast was fresh and multiple options.」

「My family and I traveled to this location for a week. We stayed in 2 expensive “bougie” hotels and 4 nights at the Hampton Inn. The Hampton inn was our favorite. The beds were comfortable. The property was very clean and staff super friendly and helpful. We would totally stay here again!」

「Good location. Close to air force academy, restaurants, movie theater.」

「Great Breakfast, clean room, couldn’t ask for More!」

「The breakfast service was great! However, they seemed to be understaffed on Friday. I waited 30 mins just to check in. Then, at dinner/social hour they were indeed understaffed. We waited in a slow line to get a drink and order food. When our food was served, it was cold. The elevators were not all working. The main lobby area is very nice, however, the rooms could use some work. Our room was stuffy and the shower/tub wasn’t in the best shape. My kids wanted to swim before we checked out and...

「The room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and had quite a variety to choose from. The coffee was excellent! The only issue we had trouble with was the television kept losing the signal and it didn't have some of the channels we enjoy watching when traveling.」

「Would’ve given 5 stars but the check-in was delayed. I understand they were understaffed with a full hotel, but the lady checking us in said they’d call our names when our rooms were ready while we waited in the lobby. Soon, others were checking in and got their rooms. At 3:40 (40 minutes after our check-in time) I went to the front desk and asked if our room was ready. Come to find out our room was already ready but no one let us know. Everything else was good. Our room was clean except for a...

「I will give more stars but out of my 4 days only one day my room was cleaned.」

「So comfortable 」

「The room is all right but the staffs are all very nice」

「On our return visit here the Assistant General Manager, helped me bring our luggage to the room. He was very gracious and welcoming. He remembered our previous problems with the ADA roll in shower and automatically brought extra towels. He refused any tip and said “Thank you for your service.”🙂 On October 5th the desk clerk took my information and printed our boarding passes from her printer when the business center printer was being difficult. And the desk attendant on October 6th at the butt...
