「It was crazy loud and people were partying and slamming doors. Called the lobby and he said he would take care of it but it continued and we had to say something to the people」

「Could not check in at 2:00, had to wait until 3:00. Our room wasn’t cleaned so they switched us to a mostly clean room. (There was something on the top of the fridge.) One elevator was out of service half the time. Breakfast was standard but tiny coffee cups. Hot tub was out of service. Curtains didn’t function well, shower was “meh.” Didn’t replace used plastic cups, so grabbed some off the breakfast bar. It was the least expensive so I got what I paid for.」

「Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Room was beautiful with a majestic view. On the edge of town. I felt safe. The staff was outstanding and helpful front desk, cleaning staff and breakfast crew alike. I will return.」
