It seemed like we were in a project. There were numerous cars and trucks drinking and smoking loud music, smokers speeding through the parking lot. They’re should be security or cameras along parking. One child was getting cursed at for crying and threatened. Will visit another resort next time instead of here.

DUMP! Do not stay here! Cheap! Was lied to about stuff being open. Everything in theme park was closed. Nasty waterpark with no seating. I will never stay here again!!

I think customer service was very poor upon arrival. I was told that my reservation was for two adults and I said why would I make a reservation for a kids waterpark for two adults? There were supposed to be three children to adults. It was made on Expedia and they made me pay for the children.

The building was dirty smell like POT. Sounded like heard of cattle all night long kids running halls, Couldn’t use hot tub even after getting there stood in line for 20 minutes to sit for 5 minutes crazy. Will never stay again. Need. My money back.

We stayed at the hotel connected to the waterpark...they might as well not even have doors. You can hear every word your neighbors and people in the hall are saying. I'm assuming it was hotel security out in the halls late with their walkie-talkies turned way up, you could hear everything they were saying - maybe invest in some earpieces. The indoor water park was fine, not too crowded. I guess for 1/2 the price of the other big indoor park you get what you paid for.

Place was the circus circus of the dells...will NEVER EVER go back to this establishment, you.get what you pay for..people yelling in hallways..was like tax season flossers in the place..Dirty DIRTY buildings...questionable if clean bedsheets or bathroom towels..towels that feel like sand paper. Dust crumbs on the floors of the rooms and hallway...have to drive to water park.

The couple next us was very noisy until 2 am. I heard the staff knock on their door 2 times about the complaints. The walls were that thin. We even heard when they had intercourse. The hotel had tidy beds, and bathrooms. The floor needed a good sweeping, next to the light switch was a NBA clothing sticker from the prior guest. Our building had no ice machine, or vending machine on our floor or the floor below. As you approached our building it smelled like pot. The main hotel with the pool, was much nicer. I recommend if you choose to stay here you upgrade to the main building. It had an arcade, a bar, a gift shop, and activities. Real potential to take this mediocre hotel and make it 5 stars.

We were put up in building 31c which is about 1/4 mile from the water park. You’re given a parking pass for access to the water park but the lot that all non main resort people have to park is about 3-400 yard walk to the indoor park. The building itself REEKED of weed for the two days that we stayed and both nights we were entertained by people running and screaming up and down the hallway until a bit after midnight each night. Weirdly we actually ran a girl from my daughter’s class. We are a 6 hour drive from the place so that was kinda neat. They were staying in building 16 and also said their building reeked of weed but they had people shouting through the walls at night so that’s probably an upgrade. The price is right though compared to the other properties in the Dells and I’ve stayed here a couple of times before. The last time I was at their park was 7 years ago and the indoor water park was small and really little kid focused they have absolutely upped their game! The Medusa ride was a blast. We really loved the water parks. I didn’t like that it’s $30 a day to rent a locker and the changing areas are small and out dates. The indoor theme park is family friendly and geared toward young kids with the rides, both of my girls are under 10 so they loved that area. Overall my only complaints was the room and the service. I made my complaint to the main check in building and was simply told that they’d move my into a different building. Staff is young and ambivalent

Substandard conditions for what you pay for, no internet, limited hours of indoor pool, no seating indoor pool, worse spring break ever, the rooms were low grade, no carpeting, no dressers, wooden made planks for luggage, we asked for extra blankets never got them, no shower curtain, massive water leaking from light switch, my daughter almost died of electrocution, no coffee machines, save your money don’t go there, crowded, only three slides very small, would not recommend it, management barely wanted to help.

The rooms need insulation, because you can hear next door snoring, talking, and minimizing noise. The hotel was empty and they setup guess next door, until putting rooms between our room. The back door of the building is unlocked all the time. Is not blankets, they just put sheets, and still cool out.
