「This hotel is outside the city of Lucerne but only 20 minutes away. It is nice and peaceful, which was our preference. The Mt. Pilatus train station in Alpnachstadt is just a few minutes away. We got to enjoy both sunset and sunrise from our balcony. The staff were friendly and professional and the room was clean and uniquely charming but with modern conveniences. The restaurant served excellent local favorite dishes. We look forward to another stay in the coming years. 」

「Super Blick auf die Berge und den See. Das ist echt das beste Hotel mit so einer Aussicht. Frühstück war richtig lecker. Das Abendessen hat uns auch total gefallen – es gibt zwar nicht viele Gerichte, aber die sind echt gut gemacht und die Weinauswahl ist groß. Im rechten Gebäude, wo wir gewohnt haben, sind die Zimmer natürlich günstiger, aber die Möbel sind schon ziemlich alt. Der Balkon ist leider total ungepflegt. Dafür sind die Betten super und das Zimmer war sauber. Für den Preis ist das...

「酒店还是蛮干净的，但没有洗漱用品，包括一次性拖鞋。酒店位置在阿尔多夫镇上，出去几步路就是公交站。因为周一要很早走，提前一天晚上check-out，还能用欧元支付，还行」

「位於A4交流道下來一分鐘即可抵達～如果有自駕的旅客非常推薦此飯店，房間非常新包含設備也是，有小廚房、書桌、餐桌、衣櫃、鞋櫃、大浴室等等！琉森開車約25分鐘，費用上實惠許多！ 缺點是旁邊是牧場，如果喜歡開窗戶的人可能會聞到牛隻常見的那個味道。室內沒有提供酒杯，櫃檯很熱心的幫我借了酒杯跟他們的餐廳。 整體上真的很滿意此次住宿」

「I and my husband only stay here for one night, so I just reserved a shared bathroom. But it's such a wonderful experience. It has a little balcony so you can smoke at there. The room is very clean! Every thing is good! And you can free parking, that's is very good. Highly recommend! Hope we will have chance to coming back!」

「I paid Chf112.- they told me I will get a bunk bed room with sharing bathroom and toilet. I booked a double room with private bathroom. Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......」
