Staff booked us in a room already occupied, took forever to get thst figured out at the front desk. Room was half cleaned with TV and bathroom light still on. Housekeeping came knocking at the door at 8:15am when check out isn't until 11am

Horseshoe Black Hawk - A Caesars Rewards Destination
It’s kind of gone downhill a little. Room had some very noticeable repairs to previous damage that needed done. Housekeeping could definitely do a little better job cleaning as a surface cleaning in areas comes through.

Georgetown Lodge
The walls are paper-thin. The beds are sold as memory foam mattress, they are not. I sleep on memory foam. It gives just a bit when pressed.
