「还不错的酒店 就是比较倒霉的是我们入住当天下午酒店居然停电 到夜里三点多才来电…我的房间居然有蚂蚁 预定的房间是可以看到葡萄🍇园的 可以忘出去就是黄土一片 很多工人在搭建葡萄园…住了三晚总体还是不错的 酒店的确有自己的葡萄园 可以走过去逛逛 房间也算舒适 卫生间很大 停车方便 吃东西去超市还有坐wine train都是开车十分钟内的路程…」

「Very nice dog friendly hotel. It’s perfect for a one night stay in Napa. Felt clean overall and comfortable. However, it did get a little stuffy during the night when the A/C stopped running. I loved staying on the first floor with close access to the back door to the parking lot. I didn’t use any amenities so I can’t say much about it but the front desk staff was nice and check-in was quick and easy. Nearby grocery store within walking distance was very convenient, too!」

「the Inn at the Tides was a nice stay. Dated, but clean. The pool area was in need of maintenance. My wife thought she booked a room with a deck, but we did not get that :( She called the front desk and was told because we booked with Hotels.com and not directly we could NOT move into a room with deck, even though it was not full. nice trip but will stay somewhere else next visit.」

「感恩节我们从LA去Napa的路上，到处封路，以至半夜才到，期间我们打电话给前台，然后有工作人员一直等着我们，很窝心！房间也很舒服，干净整洁，床和枕头特别舒服，消除了我们一路上的疲劳。下次去还会选择。」

「Everything -- facilities, staff, cleanliness -- was fine. The only drawback was the high level noise in the restaurant at dinner time, which force me and my friend to shout at each other across the table to carry on a "conversation". In particular, the disco music that came from the dancing room next to the restaurant was particularlly annoying.」
