"Terrible service by the front desk lady and the manager!!!!!! Wrong charges on smoke detectors by $250 … scamming people who stayed there by saying your room smoke detector activated and you have to pay $250 . We were not in the room that time and we have to get video proof from the restaurant where we had dinner on that time and waste our whole last day in the trip !!!! Stay where ever you want other than this scamming resort who don’t have 1% of Hospitality understanding how to take care the precious costumers who give them the business!!!!! Worst stay ever!!!!!!!!!"

"Upon check-in the room had not been throughly cleaned, there were dirty items left from previous occupant and the carpet had not been vacuumed."

"Mold on the sheets/bed. BALLS of dog hair all over the room and nothing was properly cleaned previously before giving us our room. Kindly asked the staff if we could be moved as I’m allergic to dogs and he stated very rudely “ there’s dog hair in every room” and refused to move us to another. They need nicer night staff. His lips were all busted up so I’m guessing he didn’t learn a lesson."

"Our kids (ages 9,6,4) had an absolute blast. They loved the pool area, the lazy river, and the multiple hot tubs. There were several pool options for all ages. The Beach was just a couple of minutes walking distance from the pool, making for easy access between the two."
