「The rooms need microwaves. And my main complaint is how I was charged a day before I arrived. The justification was ‘The hotel is almost completely booked and that helps us avoid declined cards’ not verbatim but I do have a screenshot. I don’t think that idea is conducive. Also, just because a card may decline doesn’t mean that the money isn’t there. People lock their cards.」

「I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property is extremely outdated and has an old, stale smell throughout, which made it feel unclean and uninviting. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited and unappealing options. To make matters worse, the television in my room didn’t work on the first night, which was frustrating after a long day of traveling. 「We had the most amazing stay! We were there for about 5 days. Isaiah and the staff were so kind and helpful, everything was neat, clean, and well kept. I traveled with my husband, kids, mom, and niece. If we are ever in FT Walton again we will definitely be staying here!」

Pet waste can hasn't been emptied in a while, it stinks from 10 ft away & there are no pet waste bags available to clean up our dog's poo. Poo everywhere in the dog walking area. A/C works great. Fridge is spacious and cold. Door locks. 6/26/26 Front desk woman was very nice and helpful. $200 a night? Never again.」

「Love the accessibility to the pool bar from the beach. The rooms were very nice, great garden view. The $25 a day food allowance was not explained to us and so paid for breakfast then was told after we paid we could have charged it to our room and it would have been covered. So the second day we didn’t even bother with breakfast so that was pretty annoying.」
