The property was quiet. I did notice quite a few things in the room in disrepair. There was hair in tub. I paid 24 dollars for a cold buffet breakfast. Beds were comfortable and clean.

I never write reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing and even worse, my attempts to speak with management about my issues were ignored. When we arrived to our room, our AC wouldn't kick on. We set it to low and left for a couple hours to hope it just took some time, but when we returned, it was stuffy inside. I called and maintenance came to our room about 20 mins later. They were not able to fix it, and tried to offer me a fan as a supplement. There wasn't even an offer us switching rooms. After I told them I want a new room instead of a fan being wheeled in, they changed my room. It did not seem like they wanted to even offer it. Getting into our new room around 11pm, we wanted to shower - about 2 mins into my shower I realized the shower doesn't drain at all and I had to stand in my own bath water the entire time. Even worse, I had another person in my party who couldn't even shower after me because it took so long to drain. He was not able to shower that night. Upon trying to resolve my concerns and issues with management, I was told for 4 days straight that a manager would call me back that same day. NO call yet. It is extremely frustrating to be blown off continuously!

This was an average property. The woman who checked us in was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The gentleman we interacted with the following morning at the front desk was rather rude and annoyed that we needed assistance. The breakfast was limited. The pool towels ran out every day and it seemed like we were using large cleaning rags instead of towels. The pool area was extremely slippery. The kids had a chip incident by the pool. We cleaned it up as best as we could. The crumbs we couldn’t pick up were still by the table for the next two days. This is an indoor pool area, the birds aren’t coming to help.

Pros, nice room, acceptable restaurant, convenient location, helpful staff cons, I charged meals to my room, no easy way to tip wait staff and I had no cash. For the elderly, no slip proof surface in shower tub and (pet peeve) impossible to distinguish shampoo from conditioner or body lotion without getting out of the shower and getting my glasses

This is a special property. Feels brand new, though it’s almost 10 years old. My room was squeaky clean and had ALL the expected amenities. Micro, fridge, soaps, hair dryer. Indoor pool is very cool in an atrium type setting. Parking easy and the breakfast buffet $16) is well balanced with protein options. As a road warrior I’ve tried ‘em all and this is one on the really good ones. Midweek rates are a terrific value too.

Terrible place. Had really bad experience. AC in the King Suite was not working and response from Roy (not sure if he shared his real name) from front desk was that we can't do anything to help!!! He was super rude, was borderline misbehaving even though we were requesting politely. When we asked to talk to his manager he said there is no manager on-site and he doesn't have manager's contact information either. We had booked their King suite for 2 nights to get a goodnight sleep before and after a bike marathon but because of the AC issue on a hot sunny day, we couldn't sleep at all. First night they gave us a fan and said they will fix the AC or give us another room, so we tried to make it work. But next day they said we don't have another room, we are fully booked and we already gave you fan so can't do anything else. It was so hot in the bedroom, our toddler couldn't sleep whole night, we had to check out and leave immediately. Location wise also it is really bad, next to highway exit, surrounded by abandoned structures, it felt unsafe to get out at night time even to go to nearby grocery store. With their thin walls not only u can hear all the traffic from your room but noises from adjacent rooms too. We had booked this place because of so many great reviews and ratings but now we feel cheated. Would never ever go there again and would advise others to avoid this place too.
