"Its time to renovate this property. It was just okay. There were not enough luggage carts available for use. There was a spill on the floor in front of the elevators that stayed there too long. The staff was kind and efficient. We needed a pack n play and it was delivered to our room promptly. I found the beverages in Sheraton store needlessly overpriced. $6+ for a bottled beverage is silly. We didn't have a specific problem at our stay but we also weren't impressed. Unlikely to book this property again "

"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I did find it a bit strange that you had to go to the 2nd floor to check in. The valets are the ones who basically greet you but I don’t think their focus is to be friendly . The lobby, hallways and amenities were impeccable, with modern decor and finishing. Our 2 bed room had a city view, the beds were impressively comfortable. Very clean and decorated so elegantly with taste. Highly recommend:) "

"If you’d like to look at mildew in the bathroom, where the wallpaper has split open black mold everywhere, they also have little friends. If you know what I mean, roaches, they only change your sheets on the third day when you stay they never came to my unit at all why I was there for a week. "

"I had the pleasure of being checked in by a wonderful ambassador for Hilton, Harley. Her Customer Service skills were something straight out of an outstanding customer service training video! On my way out, I had the pleasure of meeting another Hilton ambassador, Monica. I am a business traveler, and I truly want to convey how incredibly genuine both of these ladies were. It’s what I refer to as “good old Customer Service” and that’s very hard to find these days."
