"other abandoned track parked in the front of my guest room#147, that really created the physical problem to bring my large suitcase over snow hill between other guests' vehicles. At morning, I witnessed the cockroaches in the bathroom area. Cleaning treatment has so strong smell that impossible to sleep at night without constant fan. "

"We have stayed here multiple times because the location, amenities, and multi room options, work really well for our needs. However, we noticed this time that the room cleanliness unfortunately was less than desirable. hopeful they can turn it around so we don't need to find another place to stay"

"This was our second stay within a 2 month period. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. The hotel room was very clean. There was some noise at times from traffic on the highway but overall it was quite quiet and restful."

"Solo female traveler. I felt safe and very comfortable. The front desk called me about a hour after I checked in to see if I needed anything. Only things I noticed were that the lobby smelled gross and I think a couple of friends showed up to party there but I didn’t hear anything in my room. I left at 3 am for a flight so I didn’t experience breakfast. I would definitely recommend for a convenient safe comfortable and clean stay near bus or airport"

"Do not stzy here. The heat didn't work the room wS very cold. We were told they had no other roos . I bood for a handicapped bathroom and got a tub with a chair. We i can't lift my leg over the hogh tub without falling. Go through anoter company lot of other ways to book a hotel room. I dislike hotels.com. "
