"Incredible experience! Arriving at the hotel makes you feel calm. I was worried that I wouldnโ€™t be able to communicate well, but all the staff speak English, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that some of them even knew a bit of Spanish! The food was delicious, both at the restaurant and at the cafรฉ. The room had a spectacular view, and you truly feel at peace. Everyone is very kind, and everything is very clean."

"Lovely resort and the lodges are very cute and cosy. The staff guided us to our pension in a cart as it's big. There's even a trail for walks and a horse surrounded by tangerine trees. Wish we booked to stay for longer ! Only thing was the kettle was made of plastic and smelled of burning plastic when boiling water. There's not much around so maybe prepare food before coming. "

"Stayed for 8 days. The original room given was too noisy, thanks to Bella from the front desk for her effort and swiftness, I was allocated a quieter room at the north wing. The room was spacious and clean. One of the best bed I have slept on, so comfortable and fluffy. The restaurant at the 12th floor has a modern design. It is spacious with good ambience. Breakfast spread was acceptable. A very good location as mentioned by many reviewers. Overall, I had a great stay !"
