「Room was lovely and spacious with everything that we needed, only thing that I missed was a hairdryer but these were available from the sister hotel but that is up across the road 」

「We went for a family trip to Bournemouth we booked this hotel, and it was absolutely amazing. They gave us refurbished family room which was just perfect. My only comment is for breakfast timing is very short as I’m there to enjoy my time, also the food order for breakfast needs to be organised may be give Breakfast order form to your guests to choose what they want to eat, a lot of mistakes and confusion I have seen during my stay.」

「*There is a lot of negative comments around the hotel , but i wouldn't believe them* Overall I had no issues with azure hotel. The location was great , the roo. Was very clean and included a fridge. Parking was £12 for the night. Check in was over the road at a sister hotel. 」

「The room was tidy. Not expecting much as was a cheap nights stay. Was clean. One of the curtains was hanging off, windows too high to fix myself. Beds ok. Pillows soft. There was a fridge in the room and kettle. Paper cups for drinks. There was parking out the front. Close to beach a lot of steps or ramp to beach. Harvester at the beach. My daughter was woken up by bed bugs in the night but didn’t tell me until the morning. Left a message at reception as no staff around in the morning. Also...

「I would not recommend this place to stay, old property and with need of renovating, no air conditioning, no toilet fan extraction, very hot room... sorry to say but as a franchise i believe they could do more for the price they are charging....」
