The air conditioning was not functioning properly. The room was very warm during our 1 night stay, and it was hard to fall asleep due to the conditions.

Comfort Inn University
The hotel itself was nice. The parking lot was my only issue. The parking spots for your car are very narrow and very difficult to park in.
