Pool was closed when we were told it was open. Then staff yelled at kids for running around. Staff was very rude at check in and check out. Quality Inn Newark - Wilmington
Overall a quiet stay. Staff was friendly and helpful helping me navigate the area. I would say my only issue was the broken door in the lobby but overall, i liked it. I'll be returning

THE OVERALL QUALITY WAS HORRIBLE UNDER RATED. WE CHANGED ROOM TWICE DUE TO THE DIRTY ROOMS THEY HAVE PEOPLE LIVING IN THE HOTEL FULL TIME . WE WILL NEVER GO BACK !!!!!
