We had to get a room without a balcony.Because hot water was not working.Then the room that we got the hot water was not working.All of the time, and our view was of the dumpster.\nThe staff were very apologetic and friendly , though I know it was all out of their control

Very dirty, smells and the staff is rude. Guy yelling at 1am in the hallway, very gross all around. Bathroom door paint peeling and shower bar all rusty. Gross!! Might have been nice at one point, not anymore.

We did not get to stay at the hotel room. Staff was weird and it was very creepy. There was so much trash surrounded the hotel. I’m not sure what was going on, but we did not get to stay nor do we get a refund.
