Issues with house keeping, rooms weren't cleaned daily. Ran out of tissues & toilet paper , was told someone would "be right up" and no one ever showed up. Coffee shop not open first two days of our stay. Pool was freezing!

The room was clean, roomy and comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good for travelers, and an easy drive to downtown, UNCW, and Wrightsville Beach.

Pros: cold air and hot shower Cons: Hard beds Nasty carpet. I walked from one bed to the bathroom for a shower and my feet were nasty.
