「We really enjoyed our stay. The standard king room was great, awesome TV and bathroom. We wished we were there longer! The pool looked great although we didnt have time to try it. The buffet was amazing for dinner so many options made fresh to order, i would have eat there all week! However the cafe that was open late needed some staffing help. 「We arrived at the hotel at around 4pm but we still need to wait for our room since it was not ready. As we would take the train to Cleveland next night, we chose this hotel as it was only 20-minute walk to the train station. We store the luggage at the reception after check-out. After counting the total no. of luggage and giving us a card, our luggage was placed in the lobby but not in a room. I stayed there to watch my luggage for a very long time before I was at ease.」
