Room didn’t look anything like pictured. Air conditioner was broken laying on floor. Moved it and cockroaches ran from under. Bed wasn’t made. Room was supposed to be non smoking. Reeked of smoke. Front desk staff was no help. Had to leave and find other hotel accommodations. Absolutely disgusting. ...

Shower curtain in dire need of being washed or replaced. It was pink at the bottom showing it hasn't been washed for quite a while. Nasty! Parking is horrific!!!! It is virtually impossible to find a place to park.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Had an issue with the disposal and dishwasher not working but when I put in a request for help, the hospitality manager showed up within minutes and it was fixed by the time we returned later that day. Would definitely stay here again.
