「I hate that the yo ya i have to be critical of the property because the staff was friendly and as helpful as possible. Rooms were not up to the expectations we had for the branding. Our group booked 5 rooms and none were exempt from outside noise from halls or rooms with common walls. Housekeeping was not done for 72 hrs including towels and garbage cans. When we asked for basic amenities, staff was quick to respond. We didn’t feel we were being unreasonable in our expectations for the price...

「The room was not clean upon arrival. They're was hair in there tub, floor unvacuumed. The microwave was dirty as well as the stove. My granddaughter stepped on a piece of glass, cutting it. We requested the floor be vacuumed and sheets changed and was charged a fee for this. The floor was not vacuumed. The"free" breakfast was coffee, tea, and granola bars, nothing else. The fitness center was closed. I asked to speak to a manager several times, however,I was told she was in a meeting and never...

「The air didn’t work even after a guy came up and checked it. We called back to the front desk and they offered to switch rooms which was too inconvenient. Everything else was ok」

「In our room the carpet felt sticky, the wallpaper was coming apart at the corners, it smelt musky, the curtains would not stay closed, the bath tub had mold in spots and the paint on the tap was peeling. We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping never entered our room. We had to go get clean towels. The breakfast was just okay. There was a large dumpster out front of hotel with a big pile of junk next to it. The pool area needed cleaned, the water was murky and could have used a good cleaning also.」

「I checked in and was provided a room. My wife is in a wheelchair. The room was not wheelchair accessible. They changed room to an "accessible room"(?) which the wheelchair brushed both the wall and bed footboard at the same time. The beds were hard as a 2" PC of foam on a piece of plywood. The lights from the "Mall" across the road shined in the window all night... I will never stay there again.」
