「Staff was nice. We made our reservation for the hotel where the restaurant is, but we were put in the hotel where the office is. Small room, poorly maintained. Not even a microwave in the room. No ice available even to purchase. Leaky tub faucet would turn the bathroom into a sauna when the fan would time out. Slow drains. Honestly, they shouldn’t even rent the room in the condition it’s in. And to top it off, they put us next to the stairs and pretty sure they had the place full… So super noisy...

「The only upside was price was decent and proximity to hiking and park. Other than that the property is not well cared for. Room 10 needs updating, tv was broken, toilet seat is loose, shower doesn’t drain well. There were no washcloths upon arrival and no hand soap in bathroom. Room Needs a better cleaning and trash cans outside of rooms were all full and filled with rotting food and tons of flies.」

「It’s one thing to have a shared bathrooms. It’s another thing to have shared bathrooms that are absolutely gross. The floors were muddy. The showers covered in mold. I complained to the host Kim and asked for a bathroom cleaning. I got no response and the bathrooms looked the same the next day. I hope the health department is reading this message.」
