The pool wasn’t as clean as id like to see it when spending so much money. On two separate occasions there was a questionable substance floating in the pool and around the pool swim up bar. Might’ve been throw up but it was definitely unsanitary leaving me and my family feel underwhelmed.

Renaissance Wind Creek Curacao Resort
Friendly staff, nearby everything, great bar and casino. The only down side was that there was no hot water for the whole stay due to plumbing issues so it was not pleasant to shower but they were aware of and reportedly actively working on it and something outside of their control.

The room cleaning was awful. The staff at the bars are very slow and inattentive. The 24/7 bar has terrible service. Otherwise, the food and hotel amenities were all very good.

The Kontiki
The sewer backed up in our room and I had to ask for our room to be changed. That should have been an automatic. The bathroom floor was flooded, poop in the shower.

The staff at this property was the BEST I have ever experienced. The property was horrific. I saw multiple roaches in my room.
