When brought to the attention of the front desk and asked to be either given a new room or a refund we were told there were no more rooms available and that we had checked in 2 hours ago and that they did not need to give us a refund. Plenty of restaurant options for location off of the toll road, amazing and friendly staff EVERY time, and one bedroom suite options that delegate a good degree of separation after a long drive.
