「Everything was great as always」

「We seemed to be the only people staying at the property and it was very quiet. It’s located close to all of the things we wanted to do, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the mattress was uncomfortable, but overall staying at the property was a great experience. We definitely will be visiting again. 」

「There were 7 of us, and it still felt like there was so much room! Communication was amazing also! It was also literally right across the parking lot from Silver Dollar City. I would definitely recommend!」

「Unique rooms, each one styled differently. Easy check in via email-they send door code. Didn't have daily housekeeping but fine not having someone in the room when we aren't there.」

「Quick & easy check in. Wasn’t expecting much but a clean room at the price point but was surprised. Nice room, good comfortable bed & friendly staff. Only thing I didn’t like was low water pressure in the shower & the amateur furniture movers who had to be elephants because of the stomping that were rooming above me the second night. 」

「We were there on a vacation. Stayed 6 nights. The staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean. The breakfast was very good and a variety. Nice to see staff cleaning the elevator buttons, rail & washing the big garbage cans, cleaning the tables in the dining area. Host would greet you when goin the dining area. Close to a lot of shows and activities. Been there before and will stay again the next time we come to Branson. 」

「The room was in good condition, but when I booked the to I was not told that they were doing renovations. After I booked the non-refundable room we received a call stating they were in the process of major renovation. Breakfast was affected too making the experience disappointing. 」

「We had no issues with the room or property itself but they did not have staff on site and they aren’t easy to contact. We were checked in by someone who came from a sister property 15-20 minutes after making the call we had arrived. We were checked in for maybe 6 hours before I went into unexpected labor and we had to pack up and leave. I returned our key cards to the drop box because there are no staff and reached out to request possibly a partial refund since we couldn’t stay the whole trip. I...
