"Rooms were good, clean and big enough for a budget hotel. Hotel lobby is a little dated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast because we needed to leave early, so cannot comment on its quality."
"The food was delicious , the staff were accommodating and the scenes were stunning.
The room we had 39 was a little tired and needed a lick of paint on the walls as there were some patchy paint bits."
"Beautiful hotel in a great location at the top of the town.
Pool and spa facilities were great.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Would definitely recommend."
"Customer service in the restaurant was amazing lots of different selections off food to choose from.
Spa was lovely shame robes weren’t available In the room though. £1 coin needed for the lockers which I hadn’t realised. The rooms are very clean the bed was so comfy great nights sleep "
"Lovely rooms which are spotless and good size towels
The Bath House amenities fabulous smell and quality
Had the special Steak and wine dinner which was great value in the pub itself with happy friendly staff at hand throughout
Gigantic breakfast cooked with care including everything you could want
Very much enjoyed walking around Giggleswick which is very pretty"
"Stayed at the hotel a few years ago and we were very pleasantly surprised with the improvements that have been made. We had a lovely quiet room on the first floor overlooking the gardens. Breakfast was very good on both mornings and we had dinner each evening which was excellent. Lovely menu and served piping hot.
One thing we found strange that the drinks tray in the room had coffee, tea, sugar, lovely biscuits but only one hot chocolate. We both fancied a hot chocolate at bedtime but were disappointed to find only one
It was quite warm in our room, but I found a fan on the shelf in the wardrobe. Unfortunately when I plugged it in and switched it on I got a face full of dust.
Just minor niggles but small things can make a big difference."
"Lovely hotel in a great location with a balance between feeling part of the village and being private/secluded. Solid breakfast, clean room and a nice, small spa"
"What a lovely hotel with such good energy. There’s a serenity to this place. I thoroughly enjoyed the amenities from a swim in the pool, hot sauna, hanging out in the terrace and dinner at The Living Space. The property itself is beautifully designed. A place to stroll and soak in the peacefulness. After dinner I took such a stroll and while everyone else was dining I was able to spend some time on the tree swings by myself. During the day the swings were occupied by children, and why wouldn’t they be, they were delightful.
The self-serve breakfast had a great selection and was delicious.
Enjoyed my stay."
