「Staff were very helpful in addressing problems we had during our stay. The room furniture is a bit outdated, no phone line or working phone to call front desk but the office is close to the actual rooms. Beds were more firm, which was fine for us. Parking was right by the room, always had parking available. 」

「There were only 2 improvements I would recommend. 1. New bedding 2. Larger soap bars Our soap bar was small and thin and broken before I opened it. I did not ask for another because I had soap with me. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and I would stay there again. 」

「The picture that we saw did NOT remotely look like the room we got. When you opened the door, the room just smelled "old" Random mismatched bedding on the bed was odd. TV wasn't working properly. Just gave a very creepy vibe so we ended up not staying」

「Very clean, very helpful staff. An older hotel which has not been updated, but price reflects that. Bed was fresh and comfortable. Concerns (from viewpoint of an elderly person): no elevator, low toilet, no grab bar next to toilet or in shower. Family members had room facing pool. Swimming lessons started at 7 am. Most folks are ready to get up and go by that time, but my group had hoped to sleep in. For the most part - a pleasant experience. The staff member who helped us was very knowledgeable...
