The staff was great. The cold water did not work in the shower. So it was near to impossible to take a comfortable shower. It's unfortunate that the lobby does not stay open for more than 12 hours because were locked out in the middle of the night and had to repeatedly call 2 phone numbers for an hour and a half before they finally came to let us in. The continental breakfast left room to be desired. The milk was expired and lumpy. They told us that the air conditioning had gone out and that was why the milk had gone bad. They also only had bagels and english muffins and individual cereal boxes to eat. Luckily, they had several cream cheese varieties and jelly and butter. They also had juice boxes and coffee with various cream and sweetening choices. We were under the impression that a continental breakfast would include eggs, waffles, bacon, that kind of thing. They should really update their outside to match the inside. The room itself was lovely.
