「预定的是三人间，打印订单上显示也是三人间，结果入住的时候还要收取人头费15磅，垃圾的很。找HOTEL.COM沟通也没有结果。而一张床加一战沙发床，自己铺的，还要收人头费，第一次遇到这样的。酒店开在服务区里面的，地段就别提了。」

「Have seen this hotel come up a few times and thought i would try it when i was working in the area. Being a golf club it has lots of extras, gym, spa, pool etc. The gym was well equipped with the latest tech, the pool area was lovely with a jacuzzi ,steam and sauna room. Clean changing rooms with ample lockers. The room was spacious with one of the largest beds ive seen, decent amenities, tea,coffee n biscuits. Great bathroom and shower. 「I had a really nice stay at The WoolPack Inn. I liked the way the room was decorated and it was lovely and clean. Daily housekeeping too which was great. Staff were really friendly and happy to help. Only small downside was that the room was pretty small - no wardrobe (just some hangers on some pegs)/vanity area. However, this didn't affect my stay. The tea tray/mini fridge was well stocked with everything you'd need! There is very little sound proofing so it can be noisy - however when I stayed...

「Did not stay in the Hotel but an associated property in a road behind. It worked out really well as you can park free after 6pm as long as you have moved the car before 9am. Room was big and comfortable but slightly musty stale. The staff really friendly and very good breakfast. Really good for a busy on the front hotel.」

「I've stayed here many times while working away, such friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Super helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I will always stay here if I'm working in the area . Excellent breakfast also 👍👍🔥」
