"Heated pool was cold. Place was clean but had horrific smell, like mechanical oil spill and had a lot of trouble breathing. Room was ok and at least smell didn’t go into room. "

They had not record of that request so it was not clear who responded 'No Problem'. Luckily there was a first floor available but this could have been a real bad issue. Second, the place is advertised WITH CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. There is none...just a hotel room coffee maker. This WRONG, literally false advertising. Again, I made do but it needs to be addressed: Some is advertising a Continental Breakfast, I have the printout and it does not exist"

"Turned on the hot water and it was so hot it burned my hand. I'm glad that I did it and not my granddaughter. The pool it said 4ft and it wasn't that far intill it dropped off. Not happy at all with my stay. Never again."
