On the day of checkout, the hotel charged my credit card WITHOUT my prior knowledge or consent, under the false pretext that I had damaged their television. Let me be very clear: I did not cause any damage to the TV, and the hotel has failed to provide any evidence to support their accusation. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter respectfully through communication with the management, they refused to reverse the charge and insisted on holding me responsible without proof.
