「Room was clean but the bed was hard & uncomfortable - a deluxe room you would think the bed would be soft or at least have a good topper!! The air conditioner was set to 1 temperature, maintenance was supposed to come to fix it but they were a no show & it was cold & windy during our stay. Some of the cocktails at some bars are premix from the tap for the price we paid also very disappointed. This resort has sooo much potential disappointed to see that instead of getting better after Covid it...

「This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. On the other hand, most of the staffs here would take every opportunity to make your stay better. Promptly responding to each of our request and providing knowledges about the islands and wildlifes. 「If you want to escape this is perfect spot. It is relaxed, unpretentious, friendly and a lovely setting. Evening entertainment will be a puzzle or a swing in your hammock rather than a cabaret.」

「Beautiful location. Very helpful staff and excellent twice daily yoga sessions. If you’re coming here to have an active break it’s probably not the place as there are very limited options. Kayaking & SUP available and one bush trail up the hill. Food was excellent ! Not really the place for a solo traveller. Rooms not cleaned particularly well. 「Spent 3 nights in Qualia during our visit to Great Barrier Reef. The staffs were generally friendly and helpful. Dinner in the long pavilion was awesome but be prepared for its high price. Taste menu is highly recommended. Overall speaking it's definitely a 5 star resort. However, with the money you spent ( at least 1250 USD per night, half board), you will surely expect something more unique and personal. 」
