「Clean room and quiet」

「The restaurant was closed at dinner. The pool was freezing cold, hot tub was not working. The breakfast was not available until 8 am which was not noted online so we ended up going to McDonald's for a meal that supposed to be in the price we paid. The A/C was not working properly. We will be sending our breakfast receipt in.」

「Very rustic. Don’t expect much and you will be okay with this place. The bed and bathroom linens were quality. The floor was tile which I think is far better than a soiled carpet. The room was fairly clean. Check-in was unorthodox but worked out in the end. You get a microwave but are not allowed to cook in the room. There is a small fridge and a coffee maker. 「There's no breakfast. The property has a vending machine and ice machine but it's cheaper to buy your own food/snacks. The staff were ALL nice. They will answer any questions you have. The building is older but maintained as best as they can. The rooms need some work but overall if you need a clean, cheap, andsafe place to stay, I would still recommend them.」

We stayed in a Mainfloor room with walkout which was helpful but did not have good light blocking window coverings so was quite bright in the morning. 「The only thing going for this property is the location close to the University hospital. The door was locked when we arrived. I phoned and a 12 year old let us in. His information on my updated booking was not up to date, even though I had phoned a week prior to confirm with the owner my booking changes.
