「Very cool and great 」

「All of it was poorly maintained. Didn’t get the room I had booked. No one was paying attention for when we wanted to buy breakfast. Flooding in the main hallway. Internet didn’t work. 」

「Very clean staff was very helpful and nice very very respectful i will definitely be back to stay again and refer other people to this hotel.」

「Hair in the tub and in the sink. The cabinet or microwave wasn’t cleaned. The bed sheets had to be changed. The noise level was horrible all the way until 5 am.」

「Though I did not complain because the wonderful staff at the front desk was overly busy taking care of customers, my toilet in rooom 220 was not working all the time. My friend whom I came to visit fixed it a few times so it would flush. The water was turned off to the toilet when I checked in.」

「The coffee maker was broken, the shower head fell apart, there was no soap in the dispenser, no facial tissues in the dispenser, was charged $10/day parking when the advertised rate was $5/day or $15/week, one elevator was inoperable (and has been inoperable for weeks). I will never stay there again.」

「Room was fine however our neighbor had 2 barking dogs at all hours. I had to go outside at 11:30pm and shout outside their door to shut those dogs up and I was not the only person standing outside because of this. I will never stay at a dog friendly place again. BTW we have a dog, we like dogs. Hotel has no way to enforce what they call quiet time. Room was nice - clean, handicapped bathroom, mic and frig. a/c. We left a day early due to noise at night and barking dogs. Never again with Motel...

「We had a non-smoking room, there was an interleading door to what was a smoking room so everytime the smoked in that room smoke came into our room around the door. We also saw cockroaches inside the room and in the common areas.」

「The room was not in good shape at all. There was a large gap under the door that you could hear the noise and also let a breeze in from outside. No utensils or anything for the kitchenette area. The outlet in the bathroom area didn’t work. The bathroom didn’t have a toilet paper holder. The shower rod was hanging on by a thread as well as the vent in the ceiling. Also the checkout time was 11a not noon as you have on your site. 」
