「The staff didn't appear to be well trained when it came to checking traverse in. The young lady talked condescending to me. Assuming I couldn't pay with my credit card. Put me in a room I didn't select, they indicated it was because of scheduling through a third party. The room given had a terrible smell and was not clean My husband and I had to wait over 1 hour to get the check in straight.」

「The front desk guy was not good at all water wouldn’t go down in tub and I guess I had to be my own housekeeper according to front desk」

「The property was clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable and room quiet. The breakfast was simple, muffin, coffee, etc. Very good for the price. Staff very friendly and helpful.」

「Breakfast was wonderful. Staff were excellent and very helpful and pleasant. Our room was very clean and all the amenities were there. Parking was great for us because we were pulling a small trailer with our truck and we had no problem with parking. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel. I would stay again. I will recommend to friends and family. 」

「Sheets were slept in had to ask for new sheets. Shower was dingy and could use a good scrub. Otherwise it was okay for the price. Breakfast is continental, better than nothing.」

「I feel It’s ridiculous to pay for parking. I don’t believe you used to have to pay for parking and I think that should be rolled into the price. It’s not as if there’s a giant parking garage on very expensive real estate. It’s a giant open parking lot that has been there for decades. I feel this is just a Money grab to an already inflated price on this hotel」

「My a/c was broken and when I called the front desk, they told me they were sold out and couldn’t help. I also asked for alternative pillows because I’m allergic to down feathers and she said she couldn’t help, they were sold out. I can understand being sold out but the front desk was not helpful nor were they trying to be.」
