「The location of the property is good if you don't mind walking. The parking permit given to allow parking in certain zones is very good. Although if busy can be difficult to find a space but that is nothing the owners can control. The room was clean. We had the small double room. It is very compact. The bed seems very small for a double and is pushed against a wall, not ideal when 2 people are sleeping in it. The shower was small too. You can hear the conversations in the next room. Would i...

「Me and my partner Ross stayed at The Cornmill last saturday and we both had a pleasent experience, Karen is very welcoming & accomodating and all round a lovely person. The room we stayed in was immaculate aswell and to top it all off, breakfast was absolutely superb! The NO ALCOHOL beer on the menu said 0.0% alcohol. What arrived was what the waitress said was NO ALCOHOL but it actually was 0.5% alcohol. We sent it back, and I did tell the waitress the menu was incorrect and that she should mention it to management, but she did not seem interested in doing anything about it.」

「Sadly, this was a bad experience. I booked via Expedia where the hotel was advertising a Michelin trained chef and a restaurant. I travelled solo 145 miles for a two night break purely because of this. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to learn the restaurant closed last year. I expressed this disappointment in very civil tones, explaining this was the only reason for my visit.
