「Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room.」

「A nice stay with my family in this 2-bedroom apartment suite. The rooms were clean and warm when we checked in. The location was a stone away from the Chinatown . 10-15 min walk to the Xmas market and all the other main shopping area. Front desk staff were helpful .but limited reception operating time. 「If I could rate this place a 0 I would . Took a chance on a place with no reviews and quickly found out why . On arrival stains on the bed and towels . Chewed up chewing gum on the side of the bed . Unclean kitchen . And cheap appliances . When I complained no response . I booked for a 3 night stay . For the first night I had to find a different accommodation to stay at as it was just that dirty . Contacted Expedia and was given a voucher . Response from this team is simply terrible . If you...
