Staff was nice, I did find cockroaches in my room. When I told the staff they asked me what I wanted them to do about it.... other than that there is a nice full kitchen and an easy walk to the BEACH.

If there isn’t a wedding going on watch the sunset from the front lawn area by the old ice cream truck. Better view than from the birdcage. More open and less blockage. Great high end vibe.

Needs upgrade. Loud guest at night. We were at c104. Carpet needs change. Bedroom remote was bot working.

Our stay at Mana Kai Maui was just okay. The hotel and property was clean and had the basic amenities offered. Unfortunately, the staff communication was a bit challenging. It appeared that we had to communicate to a specific hotel staff member that could only be accessed thru phone call, during specific hours. When seeking help at the front desk, I was scolded and told to contact the other representative. It was a bit frustrating as we are used to utilizing the front desk for support. In addition, the front desk and on-site general store had very limited hours which made pool towels and other amenities inaccessible except for during specific business hours. On the other hand, beach access was greatly appreciated as there was beach access directly outside of the hotel on the property. Location of the hotel was also greatly appreciated. Ultimately, I would not stay here again but am grateful for the experience we shared.
