「Excellent beautiful place/location. Front desk needs help. Over hour to check in, no apologies and no one in front of us. Just sat behind their computers??? What was happening? No communication was. Got mail I was expecting, no call, email or msg to room. I pressed on check out and they found it. Front desk help needed」

「We spent a week at the Marriott Ocean Club in Maui with our two kids (ages 2 and 6), and it turned out to be an ideal family stay. The property really has everything you need on-site, which made traveling with young kids much easier.
The highlight for our family was definitely the kids’ pool area—especially the large pirate ship, which kept both kids entertained for hours. The grounds are well-maintained, and there’s a great balance between fun and relaxation.
