「Clean, comfortable rooms with an amazing breakfast buffet. Views from rooms where amazing. Close to airport. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms a bit dated and pool area could use a refresh but overall a great stay. This made our canceled flight experience a bit better :-)」

「We were forced to book this hotel last minute due to a cancelled flight and no other options. It was incredibly expensive and not worth the cost. The hotel is very old and outdated and the wifi does not work. We were able to check in late and the room was clean but I would not stay there again for that price. Definitely taking advantage of low inventory on the island」

「This hotel was beautiful. Staff always on hand to help. I received an upgrade and the room was amazing! The location was great with lots of places to eat around the area. The hotel also did nightly buffets with entertainment. I would 100% recommend and will be returning myself next year.」

「We were greeted warmly upon our arrival by staff. The room was kindly upgraded and was beautiful. We were offered a welcome drink and some Madeira wine in our room. We opted for an additional breakfast, there was confusion as I was under the impression this was included in the original booking. The turn down service was excellent. 「Near airport , few shop and restaurant. lobby have free wifi and if you reg the member,you can get the free a bottle of madeira wine,a bottle of water and fruit.No air-con and fan in room ,but we feel cold as the wind.Beautiful view .You can take bus to Funchal,around 15min and cost around 2Euro/way」
