「Very good service」

「This was my second stay at The Com Plex in Whakatāne, and once again it was an excellent experience. The accommodation is consistently clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it an easy choice when visiting the area. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate our late check-in at very short notice, which was greatly appreciated. Their friendly and helpful service really made a difference. 「We've stayed at whakatane riverside holiday park a few times, but the cleanliness of this cabin was pretty poor, Cobb webbs and dust and looks dated.」

「Stay was comfortable. The bathrooms were separate from the cabin and this was a bit of an issue for us. We traveled from overseas, and are not familiar with the setup of holiday parks. Online they do not mention that bathrooms are outside and shared. Overall, it was comfortable.」

「The partial view from unit 1 could only be seen if you stood in the right position outside on the balcony and then you could just see some ocean. The apartment had all the facilities, however it is getting a little dated and in need of maintenance. The fans had dust on top and the bedroom fan control knob was broken and difficult to turn without it.」
