Our stay at Beachpoint apartments was outstanding. Clean, nicely decorated, spacious room with everything we needed. Quiet location right across from the beach. Pool, small gym, private secure parking. Good communication. Cannot fault, highly recommend.

Highly recommend staying here!

This place is amazing - so much to like. The view is straight across from the beach - we booked a 2nd floor room with a view and balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to stay (we stayed 3 nights). Unit was self contained so we had enough towels, tea towels etc to see us through - perfect! We cooked in the oven and the microwave - no issues at all. Free coffee/tea etc saw us through the whole 3 days. The balcony had beautiful comfy couch and 2 single chairs, coffee table and umbrella - best equipped balcony we've ever had. The unit had a washing machine, dryer and drying rack, with powder supplied. Plenty of towels for the swimming pool. Shower pressure was good enough. Bathroom a good size. Nice to have a couch that was not leather/PKU (always cold and slippery), with ample cushions for comfort. Bed had ample covers to keep warm with 2 well lit lamps on both sides for easy reading. Liked the black out curtains and nets for when you just wanted to privacy. Unexpected, but very welcome, was the secure car park inside the building. Good recycling and rubbish collection. Lovely owner/manager who was very welcoming and informative. NEGATIVE : Bed was very hard, heated pool was not heated so a bit of a shock to the system when climbed in (just off cold at best).

We loved our stay here, right by the ocean. Apartment was modern and so clean with everything you need and really comfy beds. Pool was great, 25m and heated. Easy parking and a short walk to shops and cafes. Staff were really lovely and obliging, would definitely come back here.

A wonderful location, on the beach and near great cafes and restaurant. The apartment has everything you could want and all overlook the beach. The reception staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We look forward to returning.

The apartment were very nice and cozy. Great view of the beach. Uncover carpark and heated pool although the weather was not that great during our 4 days stay but we enjoyed our rest and will definitely be back. Highly recommended this Apartments the lady host was friendly and very helpful. Thank you Beachpoint Apartments for having us, we sure will be back 😊👍👌

Wonderful spacious apartment

Beautiful view of Ohope beach to wake up to every morning, lovely spacious clean apartment, all facilities were great, we made use of the pool which was heated enough for the kids, parking was safe and secure in the parking garage with 2 spaces for our 2bed, highly recommend and look forward to staying again :)

Quiet unit with view out the side balcony to Ohope Beach. It was April so the late afternoon sun was appreciated. The bed was only a Queen (don't know why Kings are not standard?) but it was very comfortable. Quite pricey but I used a free night gained with Hotel.com Rewards.

Beautiful Location On Bay

Great spot and very peaceful. The Apartment hsd everything you would want and was quite good value. Cafes nearby but need to drive to Whakatane for Supermarket. Highly recommended for family stay.
