「The motel is very shabby. The room is a bit dim and smelly. I could not say I received a warm service although I got the answers of all my questions from the reception. There is no kitchen utensils so I could do nothing with it. Laundry service is a bit expensive. The most expensive one that I have ever had in NZ. The corridor was noisy. 「Place was a dump. Toilet didn’t work properly, television didn’t work, remote needed batteries, wifi didn’t work properly. The food menu wasn’t even close to the pictures on line. It was run down and was a disaster. We paid for two nights but checked out after one.
Only positive was Claire the manager. 」
