"Poor communication with Hotels.com. Messages unanswered. Had to ring to get key code as was anxious no contact had been made. Disconnected after trying to get through several times. Location was good. Nice fresh clean bedding. Needs maintenance & TLC. Neglected garden which was a shame as we sat outside a few times so could have been nicer. Lacking in basic things like salt & pepper etc. Amount of toilet paper rolls inadequate. No bath or shower mat so quite slippery. Besides this we had a nice...

"A very wholesome breakfast with a vegetarian option. Clean room with everything you need to hand. Location was spot on, directly opposite the beach and in easy walking distance of the restaurants, shops, train station, buses and harbour. The hosts are friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely stay at the Brunswick B&B again and will certainly recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks Mr & Mrs Hughes"

"The room was clean and spacious. Staff were so friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. Location is excellent with a 10 minute walk onto the sea front and bus stop just outside for those who dont want to walk. The leisure facilities are fantastic with use of the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room"

"We had a friendly welcome on arrival, shown to the room and given a run down on how things worked. Parking was off road, right outside the front door. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and the bed very comfortable. The cooked breakfast was excellent and prepared to meet individual needs. We stayed three days and would happily stay here again. Strongly recommended."
