The staffs are really helpful and nice. They even helped us to take the luggage to our room. The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is also tasty. It takes only 15 mins to Hammersmith station. Everything is perfect!

The location is good.
However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins.
Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item.

"Every staff member I interacted with were helpful & lovely. Especially at check-in. The hotel is well looked after, I could smell paint so that was a good sign!
