「Room was clean when we arrived. Room should have been cleaned every day. It was not cleaned at all during our 3 day stay. Other rooms were leaving trash bags in the hallway. Now I know why. We came back to the room as we left it. I got clean towels from desk clerk. A note was made to clean the room the next day. The next day, we were told there was only one cleaning person and they didn't know if they'd get to our room. It didn't get cleaned. Breakfast was minimal. They had cheerios in a bin....

「The hotel is older but still in good condition. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. The bed was comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Check out was also quick. They offered us a trip bag when we checked out with goodies we would need on the road...i.e. water, snacks. Breakfast was really good with plenty to choose from with workers checking on the food and keeping it well stocked. There was plenty of food to choose from. The pool looked clean and inviting...

The location is PERFECT with lots of shopping & dining all around. The host was super responsive. I just can’t say enough about THE CHANDLER! The “best spot” in Madison Indiana!」

「My husband and I were extremely happy with Drury Inn & Suites East in Louisville, KY. The hotel was comfortable, quiet and clean. The front desk staff members were very friendly and helpful throughout our 2 night stay. Breakfast was the same menu both mornings but we stayed for only 2 nights. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and pool area was clean. 」
