「Everything good. Only minor issues were the shower had no hooks or shelves to put shampoo or shower gel or flanels/scrubbing. And the cooling fan in our room was super noisy, so couldn't be used. As I say, minor.」

「Loverly riverside terrace with plenty of seating areas. Breakfast is wide ranging but can be a bit of hard work finding all the choices and very busy on weekends. Club Lounge fills up quickly when complimentary drinks and snacks appear. Very effective air con in rooms. But in comparison to other local hotels, we would always stay here.」

「Check in could be improved. Arrived to a busy pub with customers waiting for service at the bar and no designated check in desk. Several staff just walked past us with our bags and no one acknowledged we were trying to check in for several minutes. The room was okay but not as shown on our booking confirmation - it was an attic room with very steep stairs and a not very safe landing area outside the door. 「Achtung, wir konnten unser Elektroauto laden, allerdings wurden uns am Ende 0,75£ / kw/h verrechnet! Das ist natürlich viel zu viel für eine Wallbox. Zugegebenermaßen haben wir im Vorfeld nicht nach dem Preis gefragt, wir haben mit so einem Wucher aber auch einfach nicht gerechnet. Daher ein Stern Abzug. Ansonsten eine gemütliche, saubere Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war ruhig in Richtung Garten. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Stadtzentrum ist sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar.」
